Other Info:
The indoor straight was built at the same time as the original Robin Park Arena outdoor track in 1985 and was to the side of the main stand. The track had 6 lanes but one of the middle lanes was also the long jump lane and so the pit was covered when used for racing. The original Robin Park was demolished in 1997 and a new one outdoor track and indoor straight built 200m away.
