An oval is shown on the A-Z map. Wath Rugby Club is at Moor Road, S63 7RR, telephone 01709 872 399 so maybe this is the same place. In the 1914 Athletic News Athletic Directory there is reference to a 3.5 laps/mile cinder cycling track and a grass running track.
