Other Info:
The official opening meeting of the synthetic track was on 13th Sep 1987 although it had been used for meetings earlier in the season. It was resurfaced with Spiketop in summer 1997. The external throwing cage next to the astrotuft pitch was removed in 2001. The track is managed from the adjacent swimming pool.
