This track was for the use of King Edward Vll Upper School, Burton Road, Melton Mowbray and also had some use by Sherard Primary School. The track became unsafe and closed some years ago. In 2003, the land was developed for a new Flagship Special School due to open in September 2004 as an amalgamation of Craven Lodge and Mount Special Schools.
