The track was owned by Vauxhall Motors and was in use prior to the opening of the Stockwood Park track in the 1960s and was still used until at least the 1980s. It was opposite the Vauxhall Motor Works and the entrance to it was on Park Street. The Bedfordshire Tennis Centre now occupies the position of the track and this is adjacent to the Vauxhall Recreation Club, 20 Gypsy Lane, LUTON, LU1 3JH, Tel 01582 418860.
