Other Info:
A 200y indoor concrete unbanked track opened here on 10th Dec 1963. It was similar to the one in use at RAF Feltwell and so sprints were held on En-Tout-Cas "Portasport" PVC sheeting laid on concrete although, unlike Feltwell, jumps were held on En-Tout-Cas "K", a rubberised plastic material.
