Other Info:
What appears to be a larger than 400m oval is shown on the A-Z and OS map. The top end of it seems to cut off. It is depicted "track" on the OS 1:10,000 map. Huddersfield New College appears to be on the same site. John Templeton of NoEAA has not heard of a track here however so the track may be just a path. Granville Beckett, a knowledgeable retired journalist who lives in Huddersfield and was for a long time Hon Sec of Longwood Harriers, also does not remember a track there.
